REVIEW FOR TRAVEL ISLAND CO. LTD

My name is Chris De Bruyn and I am the Director of Sales for SSG Hotels headquartered in Lafayette Indiana USA.
Since 2005 Travel Island has been placing large groups of clients from Japan at our Candlewood Suites Hotel several times a year. Of all of the companies that place clients at all of our hotels I have found Travel Island to be the best to work with. They always clearly communicate with us exactly what the customer is looking for, who is coming and how long they will be here along with any special needs or requests.
They were also great in regards to this communication with the Covid situation. As a result of this excellent communication the hotel has always been able to deliver the exact services that the client wants. Travel Island staff are in constant communication with myself and the hotel to ensure that the client’s needs are being met.
They are much more than a placing agency, they are truly a partner in making certain that their client’s experience with the hotel results in excellent reviews by those clients who stay with us. If I were a company looking for someone to handle my employee’s travel arrangements I can think of no one better to do this than the staff at Travel Island.
